Stephan is a generalist business development executive with 14+ years of professional experience in a variety of industries, supporting start-ups and scale-ups in different stages in scaling their businesses. Currently, he builds aescolab - a company that provides high-quality blood-biomarker analysis and indvidualized lifestyle recommendations - as the company's CEO and Co-Founder.
Earlier, he supported AI-empowered breast cancer screening company Vara in 2021 as Chief Revenue Officer and lead its business development and international expansion efforts. Before, he has been responsible for all things Business Development, Sales and Partnerships at Grover. Earlier in his career, Stephan worked for the leading European FinTech ecosystem Finleap, which he joined after building insurance cooperations for InsurTech pioneer Friendsurance, and starting his own startup in the recommendational marketing space.
Stephan holds an M.Sc from CATÓLICA-LISBON School of Business and Economics and ESCP Europe and a B.Sc. from University of Passau. He conducted his master's thesis in cooperation with the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Ruth Biallowons is a board-certified general practitioner with a specialization in Functional Medicine and over 18 years of clinical experience in treating complex chronic conditions. She supports individuals with autoimmune diseases, fatigue syndromes, and hormonal imbalances in restoring their health through a holistic approach. Currently, she is building aescolab as Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer—a start-up focused on comprehensive lab diagnostics and personalized lifestyle intervention recommendations.
She also leads Biallomed, one of Germany’s leading private practices, specializing in functional diagnostics, micronutrient medicine, and individualized treatment strategies. In addition, she hosts her own podcast and is a sought-after speaker at conferences, podcasts, and medical events, where she educates both health-conscious individuals and healthcare professionals on a wide range of medical topics. Her work combines deep medical expertise with a strong entrepreneurial vision to create modern, real-life health solutions.
Ruth Biallowons studied medicine in Germany and has continuously expanded her education both nationally and internationally, including advanced training at Harvard Medical School  Immunology) and in areas such as functional medicine, nutritional therapy, and integrative health promotion.

Tobias is a serial entrepreneur and operations strategist with nearly a decade of experience founding and scaling businesses across diverse industries, including media, health coaching, and fitness. Since 2016, he has co-founded more than three companies, always taking a systems-first approach to building operationally sound and scalable ventures. As Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of aescolab, Tobias leads internal infrastructure and business operations, ensuring that processes and systems grow in step with customer needs.
Previously, he successfully designed and implemented operational frameworks for each of his ventures, laying the groundwork for sustainable growth. With deep cross-functional expertise and a hands-on approach, Tobias has become the backbone behind efficient execution in fast-paced environments.

Julian is an experienced entrepreneur and product leader with a strong background in coaching, health innovation, and user-centered service development. Since founding his first company in 2016, he has launched and grown multiple businesses in fields ranging from media and fitness to digital health. As Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of aescolab, he is responsible for research, coaching methodology, and the continuous development of aescolab’s blood-biomarker-based services.
Julian has a passion for turning complex health data into actionable, customer-friendly experiences. He has built and scaled tech-driven solutions across all his companies, combining scientific depth with product intuition to create high-impact services at scale.
